One-component Liquid Material for Erosion Control, Dust Control and Soil Stabilization
CHEM-CRETE ECO110 is a resin emulsion effective as an erosion control for both barren and vegetative surfaces. CHEM-CRETE ECO110 will control erosion for the most severe of conditions and has been used on problem soils to control wind and water erosion complicated by sonic and vibratory attack. CHEM-CRETE ECO110 has a very small micron size particle allowing for better polymer-to-soil cross-linking, stronger adhesive bonds, low percentage of bond rupture and a resilient, longer lasting crust.
Pathways: May be used as a surface saturation treatment for decomposed granite jogging trails, pathways and wheelchair access trail surfaces.

CHEM-CRETE ECO110 Can be applied from a water truck, hydroseeding truck, and spray rig, gravity feed from a tank or drum.
Application of the CHEM-CRETE ECO110 is simple and straightforward. The polymer is added to water and sprayed on hills, cut banks, tailings piles, hazardous dust areas or other surfaces where wind and water erosion or dust control are problems.
The application of CHEM-CRETE ECO110 dries clear and does not affect the natural appearance of the soil that has been treated. A thin film membrane is formed which “breaths” allowing an exchange of air and soil produced gasses as well as water vapor between the atmosphere and the soil. Small amounts of moisture are able to pass through the membrane.
The CHEM-CRETE ECO110 soil polymer is designed to be photo reactive and biodegrade. Film thickness will degrade about the time seeds have germinated and plants are established.
Heavy applications of the soil polymer are less photo-reactive, degrade very slowly and provide lasting protection for a year or more.
Mixing: mixing is not critical as long as care is taken to ensure thorough coverage at the intended number of square feet per gallon.
The dilution ratio will always vary with the moisture content of the soil being treated and the type of application and result desired.
Specifications: specifications are written by International Chem-Crete Corp. for the desired result and special problems or environmental needs.
