USES
CHEM-CURE 30D can be used for curing fresh concrete to prevent losses of hydration moisture and to prevent formation of cracks.
100% Resin-based Dyed Curing Compound of a Solution of Resinous Solids in Petroleum Solvents
CHEM-CURE 30D is a 100% resin-based red-dyed transparent curing compound of a solution of resinous solids in petroleum solvents. CHEM-CURE 30D will form a film on a concrete assembly which will eventually dissipate after the critical intermediate curing stage is completed. Will allow subsequent applications of materials such as: paint, epoxy, mastic, etc. CHEM-CURE 30D contains no oil or wax and concrete will retain its natural appearance.
CHEM-CURE 30D can be used for curing fresh concrete to prevent losses of hydration moisture and to prevent formation of cracks.

Preparation: As soon as the concrete assembly has reached the set stage and the finishing is completed, make sure the surfaces of the concrete assembly are free from ponded water and proceed to application.
Application Method: thoroughly agitate materials immediately prior to use. Decant materials into a handpump spray can, liquid tank for power spray equipment or install drum pump directly to material container. Application equipment must be clean and free of any previously used materials. Spray on in one even coat with a hand or power sprayer as soon as the surface water disappears from horizontal concrete surfaces.
Coverage: 200 ft2/gal. (4.91 m²/L). Coverage is approximate and may vary depending on surface finish/texture, concrete condition, climatic conditions, etc. Always apply to a test area first to determine actual coverage rate before full-scale application.
Cleaning: clean all tools and sprayers with water and soap.
Store all containers between 40ºF and 95ºF (5 and 35ºC). Shelf life is two years in its original unopened packaging. Don’t allow product to freeze.
Do not allow material to come into contact with eyes, hands, glass, aluminum or glazed tile systems.
